Message From Lead Attorney Doug Horn

For over 30 years my job has been to protect the injured by making sure our clients receive fair, full, and maximum personal injury settlements and awards.

Right from the start, when an injured person alerts me to their case, my priority is to take care of the immediate issues, handle the claims adjusters, initiate the legal investigations, and secure the important evidence.

Because injury claims can be complex, the legal representation of an injured person carries a special responsibility. The representation must be detailed and account for all the different ways the injury has affected our client’s life, including the past, present, continuing, and the longer-range consequences of the injury.

Since 1992, this is the approach that we have taken to earn high marks from our clients and how we measure success in every case.
