Highway Safety
Highway Safety
Over the last 20 years I have represented people who have been seriously injured or killed in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. My clients, mostly from Missouri and Kansas, retain my services to recover compensation for medical expense, lost income, pain, suffering, disability, and other personal losses that they have suffered in all types of motor vehicle accidents, especially cases resulting from drunk driving, reckless driving, and distracted driving.
While my law practice has been rewarding, I have a strong desire to make a significant difference for the greater good. As a result, I have devoting a significant portion of my practice to highway safety advocacy. For more information, please visit www.highwaysafetyattorney.com.

Law enforcement officials, state highway offices, and other highway safety advocates are constantly working to improve highway safety. My goal as a highway safety attorney is to assist these transportation authorities so that legal, technological, and educational advances can be used to help reduce vehicular-related injuries and fatalities in Missouri, Kansas, and throughout the Midwest. Additionally, I would like to play a part in reducing drunk driving, reckless / aggressive driving, and drivers who are distracted at the wheel.
In January 2011 I launched a safety campaign called Drive By Example. While many distracted driving safety awareness campaigns are aimed at texting teen drivers, this is a campaign that targets adults. In fact, adults represent the largest group of distracted drivers. With the proliferation of the smartphone, it is commonplace to see adult drivers model dangerous driving by talking, texting, checking email, browsing the web, or updating social media.
