Highway Safety Survey

Highway Safety Midwest is a coalition of parents, grandparents and other concerned citizens working to make Missouri's roadways safer. Douglas R. Horn, founder of The Horn Law Firm in Independence, Mo., started the group to raise awareness of the dangers that exist today on our highways and to support legislation that improves highway safety in Missouri and beyond.
