Concerning the Vehicle
- There should be a detailed examination of all vehicles involved in the semi-truck accident, including the trailer.
- Data recording devices should be reviewed.
- Load issues may be brought into question. For example, was the load too heavy or lopsided at the time of the accident?
- Vehicle maintenance reports and the state of the vehicle before the accident, will be investigated.
